Seared Tuna Salad.

Ingredients: 4 people portions.
  • ½ kilo fresh local tuna fillet.
  • 1/4 cup furikake seasoning.
  • ¼ cup black and White sesame sedes.
  • 2 Avocados, cubed.
  • ¼ sesame oil.
  • ¼ soy sauce.
  • ¼ lime juice.
  • ½ cup red onion juliennes.
  • 1 cup panela cubed cheese .
  • ½ cup salted toasted peanuts.
  • 6 cups mid sized chopped mix greens.

    Procedure.
    Mix furikake and sesame seeds in a tray. Salt the tuna fillet loin and make a custard with the sesame and furikake mix, pressing it to make it harder. In a large skillet, heat sautéing olive oil until it is very hot and starts to make some hum, then take the tuna in and fry it for 2 minutes each side of the loin, ( the thicker it is the longer you will fry it ). Then remove it from heat and cut it in slices, put it into the freezer immediately.
    In a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients and toss them, after this, present the salad in plates and then add the tuna into the salads.
